Upgrade Your Facility

We provide several different options to pay for 100% of the cost of an LED lighting upgrade in your facility with no capital expenditures. Each financing option also allows you to keep all of the available utility company rebate as well. In addition to a traditional equipment lease, we offer financing through Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs, which pay for the cost of a retrofit by increasing the property’s annual or bi-annual real estate assessment.

Lumens-As-A-Service

We also offer financing through our revolutionary Lumens-As-A-Service program, under which we will purchase, install, and maintain the lighting system throughout a multi-year service contract. Even after your monthly service payment, you will see energy and maintenance savings from Day 1 (despite having not paid for the project yourself or undertaken any debt or other financial liability). Pay for the lighting retrofit with operational funds as opposed to capital expenditures and keep 100% of any available utility company rebate as well. We’ll provide you with an analysis of each of our financing methods so you can choose the one that is right for your facility.
